To ensure every member receives a calm, personalised and premium experience, only a limited number of HAZE Ultimate Wellness Memberships are available at one time.
This allows enough dedicated time for tailored treatments, ongoing support and priority booking for existing members. Once spaces are filled, a waiting list will be opened.

Why I created HAZE Memberships
Over the years, I’ve had so many women walk through my door feeling completely overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, and exhausted from constantly putting everyone else first.
So many clients would tell me they hadn’t taken proper time for themselves in months — sometimes even years. Self-care had become something they squeezed in “when they had time,” but life always seemed to get in the way.
I created the HAZE memberships to change that.
I wanted to make it easier for my clients to prioritise themselves consistently, without guilt. To have dedicated time already booked in the diary each month to pause, reset, unwind, and truly look after their wellbeing.

Terms & Conditions
Membership Overview
HAZE Ultimate Wellness
Price: Radiance Membership £65, Tranquility Membership £100 or Luxe Membership £150 per calendar month
Minimum term: 3 months
2. Payment Terms
Payment is recurring monthly and will be charged automatically on the date of sign-up
Payment is via card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
HAZE Beauty reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice.
3. Booking & Appointments
Subscribed clients must book appointments in advance.
Appointments are subject to availability; priority booking is offered to subscribers.
Each months included treatments cannot be rolled over to the following month unless
previously agreed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the months included
treatment.
Members are entitled to reschedule within the same month if availability allows.
5. Membership Management
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Members may cancel at any time by notifying HAZE Beauty in writing or via email.
Refunds will not be given for partial months once a treatment has been booked or redeemed.
6. Health & Safety
Members must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to treatment.
HAZE Beauty reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments based on health and safety
considerations.
7. Liability
HAZE Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from
treatments or products used, unless caused by negligence.
8. Changes to Terms
HAZE Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I swap treatments?
Yes — all massages are interchangeable and tailored to your needs on the day.
You can choose from:
- Tailored Touch Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Warm Bamboo Massage
- Pregnancy Massage
- Menopause Massage
- Fibrotherapy Massage
- Oncology Massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
If you would like to change your massage choice, please provide at least 12 hours notice by contacting me directly. This allows me time to prepare your treatment room and equipment before your appointment, such as heating hot stones or warm bamboo.
With the HAZE Luxe Membership, you can also choose the facial you would like each month. Your facial choice will usually be selected when booking, however changes may be possible with notice so I can ensure suitable products and treatment time are available.

Please note:
- Only one facial treatment can be selected per visit
- Treatments are dependent on your skin condition, goals and the season
- A personalised skincare treatment plan will be created to ensure your treatments are safe, effective and tailored specifically to you
What if I need to reschedule?
I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Providing the required notice is given, your appointment can be rearranged for another mutually convenient time, subject to availability.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, missed appointment or no-show, your monthly membership payment will still remain payable and the treatment for that month will be forfeited. Additional appointments would then need to be booked separately at full price.
Is there a contract?
Yes — all memberships require a signed membership agreement.
This is in place to protect both you as the client and HAZE Beauty as a business, ensuring complete clarity around appointments, payments and membership benefits.
All memberships have a minimum term of 3 months before cancellation is permitted.
I’m going on holiday — can I skip a month?
Yes — after your initial 3 month term, you may pause your membership for up to 3 months per year with notice. When signing up, you can declare any booked holidays and there may be a grace period given.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes, absolutely — providing there is availability within your chosen membership tier, as spaces are limited to maintain a calm and personalised experience for all members.
Are memberships for ladies only?
Yes — HAZE Beauty is a ladies-only salon.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes — memberships can be gifted providing both the purchaser and the recipient read, sign and agree to the membership terms and conditions.
How are payments taken?
Payments are made via standing order on the 1st of each month.
For your first appointment, payment can be made via cash, card or bank transfer. You can then set up your standing order afterwards ready for future monthly payments.
