She offers traditional massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, warm bamboo massage and Indian head massage, as well as specialist massage treatments such as pregnancy massage, post pregnancy massage, oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage, menopause massage and fibrotherapy massage.

I have adapted this treatment to add my own touch so I include the use of various hair tools to boost relaxation and ASMR vibes.

Massage Aftercare Instructions
Now you have enjoyed your treatment, it is important to follow a few simple aftercare guidelines to help your body gain the maximum benefit from your massage and support your overall well-being. Massage works by increasing circulation, releasing muscle tension and encouraging the removal of toxins from the body. How you care for yourself after your treatment can enhance these effects and help you feel relaxed, refreshed and balanced.
After Your Massage
• Drink plenty of water throughout the rest of the day to help flush out toxins and rehydrate the body
• Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours to allow muscles to fully relax and recover • Take time to rest and enjoy the sense of calm created by your treatment
• Eat light, nourishing meals to support digestion and energy levels
• Keep warm and avoid sudden temperature changes
What You May Experience
It is completely normal to experience mild effects following a massage, including:
• A feeling of deep relaxation or tiredness
• Temporary muscle soreness or tenderness •
Increased thirst or the need to use the toilet more frequently
These effects usually pass within 24–48 hours and are a natural response as the body re balances
Ongoing Care
• Gentle stretching can help maintain muscle flexibility
